New stuf

Since I grew up in a country where shooting wild animals and hanging their head over the mantle place isn't  part of the culture, I never tried it in any of my scenes.That is up till now….

In this scene I used a paper folded one from Etsy .com.

And….there is no mantle…..

But I just got this wonderful credenza from Patie-minisx2  , also bought  through Etsy, and many more goodies. These straw woven chairs for example.

I think I never made an arrangement with this German  vintage chair I got from Oese!

My Lekman collapsed and broke!

My ultimate dollhouse , the lakman box I loved, just collapsed on the floor and broke. I am heart broken. ,Ikea is so far away,and Lekman is the ultimate house for me! You see, I dont have "real " dollhouses yet.
Luckly they open a renewed the Ikea( the old burned down a year ago) closer to me. And so until I'll get a new box,I'll settle for knitting......

the two posts are actually one- I'm having technical problems lately......
Anyway- winter is still here and i wanted a clear somewhat icy atmosphere. It worked out to a certain extend....

Ice queen

Winter isn't gone yet. So here in the modern kingdom of the Ice queen you see glass as clear as ice, water colors and a bit of fur and fun .

December in Haifa

 Haifa is 25 km from home and used to be home for me for many years.Its a happily mixed city:
Christians, Muslims and Jews- about 270,000 at the moment.
Every December the holidays of thethe three religions  are celebrated: Christmas, Hanuka and if there is an Id ( this year there is nothing on) .
Every weekend downtown Haifa is packed with visitors looking for the Holiday spirit. It an occasion of mixing Culture , art, religion and of course food.
you won't find Leebkuchen or straw  and wood decoration , but Falafel,Schwarma, red, green, gold, silver and a lot of snowflakes and glitter!
It was a fine dry cold and sunny day today .
